I am Kaley, the founder of The Party Pond, a company specializing in luxury balloon decor and event styling in Tampa Bay and beyond. What began as a passion for design has grown into a full service business known for creating balloon garlands, balloon arches, shimmer backdrops, marquee letters and numbers, custom signs, and tailored event installations.
We serve corporate events, milestone birthdays, baby showers, weddings, and private celebrations across Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and all communities within sixty miles of 33781. We also travel to surrounding cities and destinations for clients seeking curated, high end event decor. Every design is created with attention to detail and a commitment to making the process seamless and stress free.
Chilling in my recliner watching documentaries with my husband or spending weekends at the softball field cheering on my kids. Being a softball mom is one of my favorite roles outside of The Party Pond.
How we unwind:
“Where’s my phone?” — followed by me dinging my watch to track it down. The runner-up? “Let’s McGyver this.” We’ve built entire installs missing key supplies, and it’s actually part of our team training. Every new hire has to do a setup without the toolbox to prove they can think fast, get creative, and still deliver magic. And for the record, we’ve never left a single project unfinished.
Our most used phrase on set-up day:
Inside Out and Inside Out 2. As a mom, I relate so much to every emotion my kids experience — and watching it unfold on screen with my 9-year-old and 2-year-old makes it even more special.
Favorite Disney Movie:
Watching a blank space transform into something unforgettable. There’s nothing quite like the moment a client walks in and sees their celebration come to life for the first time.
Glue dots, zip ties, and sticky hooks. They’re the real MVPs behind every seamless install.

Caprese bites — I’m obsessed with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, truffle oil, and a beautifully built charcuterie board. And for on-the-go installs? We’re usually running on Alani drinks and Publix subs.

I found the party pond on the thumbtack app on a Thursday. We were throwing a party for 60 people that Saturday… Within two days, they put together the most incredible decorations! They were creative, responsive, professional and talented!! One of the things I liked is that they were more than just Balloons. It was a 75th birthday party for my mother-in-law, who was a longtime cheerleader. They incorporated pom-poms, megaphones, and customized pieces just for her. I still can’t believe they did it all in two days! They deserve 10 stars!

Absolutely amazing! The balloon arch they created for our party was beyond what I imagined — colorful, creative, and picture-perfect. You can tell they put real care into every detail. Everyone was asking who did our decor! They were also super professional, showed up right on time, and handled everything from setup to breakdown.
